Call Centre

TBK Call Centre is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone. The Call Centre is to administer incoming product support or information inquiries from consumers. Outgoing calls for telemarketing, clientele, product services, and debt collection are also made.

Primary Focus
  • Calling customers to remind and solicit new and renewal sales.
  • Where customers’ queries and problem are taken care of and outsourcing is done.
Additional Tasks
  • Provide greeting services to customers.
